I've been smoking pipes for around five years or so, now. I wouldn't say I'm a connoisseur just yet although I'm slowly becoming aware of what I like and don't like amongst tobaccos. I would like to learn more and try new brands and blends, which is why I'm joining this site, as it has such a wealth of information.

I find myself mainly attracted to Peterson pipes. I think this is the Irish blood in me showing through. I have an old falcon pipe which used to belong to my Grandfather which I'm very fond of. I also own a novelty pipe I bought from Krakow in Poland, not sure of the make.
