Been a pipe smoker since the seventies, mostly I prefer Lakeland flakes and plugs but also blend and press my own mixtures. Usually smoke about ten+ bowls or so a day depending on schedule.

Have thinned the herd dramatically over the past year and now have around thirty briars with around 25 MM cobs, a handful of Falcon stems and bowls and a dozen plus meers and a couple of mortas. Nothing spectacular, just a herd of good smokers. I only keep pipes now that I actually smoke, no more compulsion to acquire for the sake of it.
