This blend is surprising. Middleton's, contrary to its deplorable reputation, has added LESS of its PEG content.
Much to my surprise, this has beome my "go to" blend. Despite what some might tell you, this is not a burley mixture. Its predominate flavor is Turkish, augmenteed with Perique. It reminds one (in taste) of the London Dock of yore.
I still go for the wizardry of Greg Pease for a winter's tale of Latakia. But at $15 for 12 ounces, you;d be hard-pressed to beat this. No Latakia, but a blend that can be enjoyed...anytime; anywhere... you can't
beat thie one. A decent smoke at a bargin price...and one that tastes like tobacco?
Who's to argue? Better than blends costing four-times the price...don't give this one the snob discount...try it
