Born in Algoma, Wisconsin on the coast of Lake Michigan my family soon moved to Green Bay. I did my undergraduate work in the Chicago area where I met my wife, Pauline. We taught together in a three-room Lutheran School in Los Angeles. I went to Seminary at Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Served a congregation in Connecticut for 6.5 years. Am now serving two congregations in central Wisconsin. Pauline has been blessed by God to bear us two fine boys, Nathan and Timothy.
