Started smoking a pipe in 1972 while employed by The Tinder Box store in Houston. Worked my way through college by working at other local pipe and tobacco stores in the Houston area.

My collectipn includes Savanelli Autographs, Charatans, Ben Wades and Barlings all from the early 70's. Sold part of my original collection of about 36 pipes a while back. Have continued to collect pipes ever since - the only pipe I have never owned is a Dunhill.
