Sweet, pleasant, and surprisingly light. This is a perennial favourite. Most maple flavoured tobaccos in Mexico taste artificial, much like the so-called maple flavoured syrups that are sold in the country's supermarkets. But Sueños Canadienses is obviously a blend made by someone who appreciates the maple flavour. It tastes like real maple syrup with a touch of butter. It is almost as the the blend could be spread on some pancakes.
Pipe Used: Brigham three-dot billiard
Age When Smoked: unknown
Purchased From: Tabaquería Xian, Xalapa, Ver., Mexico
Similar Blends: There is nothing similar in the Mexican market. Both other "maple" flavoured tobaccos (Maple House and Vermont Maple) sold in Mexico are horrible..
