The grassy, citrus sweet Virginia forms the base of the blend. The earthy, nutty, woody burleys have a little molasses as a second lead. The unsweetened black cavendish offers a smooth brown sugar. The peach and cream toppings are richly deep, and tone down the tobaccos quite a bit. A small amount of vanilla is in the background. The strength is a couple of steps past the mild mark, while the taste is in the center of mild to medium. The nic-hit is very mild. Needs a light dry time, and then will burn at a moderate pace, requiring an average number of relights. Has a cool, clean smooth and creamy consistent flavor that lightly weakens near the finish. Won’t bite or get harsh. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl. Has a very pleasant, lightly lingering after taste. The peach is strong enough to notice, but not strong enough to preclude it as an all day smoke. I’m sure I had this before under another company name as it tastes just like the Stokkebye version I recently smoked.

I believe EA Carey bases the blend off of it's Mediterranean blend and adds Peach Brandy to the mixture. It reminds me of the old "John Rolfe" pipe blend; with it's peach and vanilla notes. It packs well, lights easily, and stays lit to the "bottom of the bowl"; without bite. Room notes were, "Okay"; I was told by "Her". As such I can only give it three stars.
