Black cavendish blended with select Virginias and broken flake, then added to that aromas of raspberry, hibiscus, honey, and cream toffee; all to produce summer blend with a fresh and amicable room-note.
Cool tin, reminiscent of those "Endless Summer" movie posters, but the bag inside it holding the tobacco was closed with a sticker and not airtight. The tobacco itself was a tiny bit dry as a result, but this made the moisture content almost perfect compared to the goopy tin of Summer '18 I purchased new last year.
Tin note is wonderful, mostly raspberry. Lights and smokes nicely, surprisingly cool, with creamy smoke. Will bite a tiny bit if pushed. Flavors are raspberry, honey, and brown sugar. I think I get a little floral note from the hibiscus, or I'm convincing myself that I do anyway. The Virginias are mild, but you know they're in there and they assert themselves more as the bowl progresses.
Great stuff, much more satisfying than I expected from a blend with this amount of toppings.
