A fellow pipe club member brought this small batch blend of Russ's to one of our recent pipe club meetings. I had grabbed a burger on the way to the meeting and was looking for something a little sweet for dessert. I knew Russ's aromatic blends also had true tobacco taste, and loaded up a pipe I always carry around with me for aromatic blends and settled into a great smoke! Very naturally sweet but, I tasted quality Virginia with every puff, too! This was a really good smoke and burned mostly clean and dry with only a smidgen of dottle at the bottom of the bowl.

9-Pleasure, satisfaction; 8-Top note, slip stream aroma, sipping the embers; 8-Delivery, balance, flavor profile; 9-Blend composition, quality, burn; 10-Pack, relight, room note. Wife liked the room note above many others. Packed tighter once and got a tad of N. Earns a 3 Star.
