A balanced mixture of mostly fine-flavored burley tobacco, which is processed cross cut into slices that holds moisture well and aroma. It is complemented with Virginia and double fermented black cavendish tobaccos.
I truly wanted to like this tobacco. I enjoy the other Mostex blends I have tried, London Mixture and Irish Spring Flake, very much. I just can't get behind this one though. It smells fragrant in the tin, and has a nice room note with a hint of some kind of berry. They may be going for a cherry flavor here, but it falls short. It bites a little bit, and the overall flavor is lacking. There are way too many other aromatics out there that are better. Sorry, Mr. Stanislaw!
