EN: What can we say about this tobacco if not "nostalgic" for the vast majority of Brazilian pipersmokers. This was not my first tobacco and I never liked it. I prefer the traditional Irish version. In this tobacco, unfortunately, they added a lot of chemistry, which makes the whole flavor very artificial. Tobacco is secondary in this blend. I hope they improve this in the future because the raw material has a lot of potential, while it is very affordable for most people (democratic). It has excess tongue biting, in addition to an irregular burning. The room note are not so bad -- for those who are smoking. But for other folks in the near environment, it is very unpleasant.
PT/BR: O que dizer desse tabaco senão "nostálgico" para a imensa maioria dos cachimbeiros brasileiros. Esse nao foi o meu primeiro tabaco e nunca me agradou. Prefiro a versão tradicional do Irlandez.

Pipe Used: Several pipes (Firmino, Rayatty, Bazzanelli)
Well, first of all must be said that I found this package lost in a luxury butchery in my hometown and it must be from sometime around 2005 or something, for cheap tobacco like this, long time definetely isn't a gift. The tobacco was very very dry and I used water vapour and a bag to add some moisture to the thing.
Named solely as "Cavendish" it tastes much like nowadays Finamores's tobaccos (in the end they are mostly the same, all of them, despite being presented in a huge pletora of brands and flavours) even presenting the same tongue bite and even more bitterness at the end of the smoke. The bigger difference I sensed at the smoke was a definite heavier presence of nicotine.
I don't know if they still produce this, if they do it would be smart to give a new one a try but sincerely, I don't think it will be of relevant difference. Not recommended.

After moisturing review edit
Surprised me a lot how that old, dry, almost cigarette like tobacco got back to life after some intense vapour adding sessions. It seems that "Cavendish" is the Irlandez tobacco that should labeled as traditional since that one is virtually "Chocolatty" as the Chocolate one. I can't feel any added flavours here, it's smells a bit alcoholic but not as intense as in Cisne Branco. Also sweeter and apparently more Virginia than the rest.
This is similar to Irlandez classic, but get more aromatic, Chocolate flavour Is is a mild, easy smoking mixture. In Certain Pouchs, is called Irlandez Chocolate.
