Very Mild Mild Mild Very Pleasant

Danske Club Vanilla claims to be an aromatic with intensity of 1 in taste, vanilla flavor and room note 5 (out of 5). I find this to be very true and additionally that the aroma tastes like milled vanilla beans, meaning close to natural and not too sweet. The (almost pure) Black Cavendish adds notes of baked, roasted cookies or something. All in all very subtle.

This is no tobacco for purists or experienced smokers, craving for strength, complexity or deep satisfaction. Not my cup of tea any more either but I have give it some credit for holding it’s promise to those who read before purchase.

Should you be craving for vanilla, try DTM Sweet Vanilla Honey Dew, MB Vanilla Toffee or even Frank Virginia Flake Vanilla (

Mild to Medium Medium Medium to Full Very Pleasant

Smooth, dark look in pouch and perfect moisture; therefore it burns cool and constantly. There's sure some depth in taste and Cavendish is dominant. Sadly the vanilla blend isn't as strong as the smell out the pouch but the slight caramel-like sweetness comes naturally and not synthetic at all. Very full and dark aftertaste. Room note is very nice And sweet.

Very Mild Medium Mild Pleasant

Will update as I go:

Pleasant, warm vanilla and peach notes that definitely live up to the name. Best enjoyed during golden hour on a warm summer evening. Lot's of Black Cavendish with just a hint of Virginia leaves here and there, making it a very mild smoke.

Got it in a pouch as a gift from a friend. Slightly at the moist side upon opening but not too much. The flavoring is definitely present and remains so throughout the smoke albeit in varying degrees. Leaves a pleasant room note.

I didn't enjoy it as much the first couple smokes. There was a bitter aftertaste to it. But gave it a couple more tries and I think it might have grown on me?

Reminds me a little bit of Peterson's Connoisseur's Choice, but at a lower quality and less complex.

One odd thing that stood out to me is a hint of mushroom coming through during the smoke (I'm not talking about the shady ones of which I know nothing about). Not my favorite, really.

Only recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, mild and pleasant-smelling aromatic. Otherwise pay a little more and get something of higher quality.
