The orange and more obvious medium red Virginias offer a burst of tart and tangy citrus, bread, sugar, a fair amount of grass, vegetation, some earth, wood, tangy ripe dark fruit, mild floralness, sour lemon, and spice. I also see a few very small flecks of lighter Virginia in the mix. The honey casing mildly tones down the tobaccos. The strength, nic-hit and taste levels are medium. Won’t bite or get harsh though it does have a few small rough edges. This crumble kake easily breaks apart to suit your preference. Burns cool, clean, and a tad slow with a very consistent flavor that translates to the lightly lingering, pleasant after taste. The room note is a notch stronger. Barely leaves any dampness in the bowl. Requires an number of relights. An all day smoke. Three and a half stars.
