The earthy, woody, nutty burley is mildly noticeable. The grass aspect of the gold Virginia is a condiment. There’s some sugar from the black cavendish, which is just a little more obvious than the Virginia. The deeply rich cherry topping greatly sublimates the tobaccos, and is a lightly syrupy. The strength is a couple of steps past the mild mark. The nic-hit is barely there. The taste level is medium. There’s no chance of bite or harshness. It may need a light dry time. Burns cool, clean and a tad slow with a very consistent flavor that translates to lightly lingering, pleasant after taste, and room note. Leaves a little moisture in the bowl. Requires a couple more than an average number of relights. An all day smoke.
Smoking this is like breathing hot air. The tin note is that of cherry pie but unfortunately none of that flavor , or tobacco flavor, makes it into the pipe.
