Mild to Medium | Mild to Medium | Mild to Medium | Very Pleasant |
The sugary black cavendish is the main player. The grassy, citrusy, woody, earthy Virginia is just above being a condiment. The mild vanilla topping has a little depth, and in the background is a tropical fruit essence that is hard to define outside of being sweet and lightly bitter and sour. The toppings tone down the tobaccos to a fair extent. The strength is a couple of steps past the mild level, while the taste is just past the center of mild to medium. The nic-hit is mild. Won’t bite or get harsh. Needs a light dry time. Burns cool, clean and slightly slow with a mostly consistent flavor from start to finish. Leaves some moisture in the bowl, and needs just above an average number of relights, depending on your dry time. Has a lightly lingering after taste and better room note. An all day smoke. Two and a half stars.
