To me the red Virginias shine out in this blend. You get the tangy sourdough bread notes from them. There is a mild sweetness from the cavendish that reminds me of wine. This really is a unique blend that would probably go really well with spirits of some sort Which is probably why it’s called Club Mixture . The two types of cavendish are of the English variety so it’s not gloopy at all and is more of a natural sweetness. Very dry cool Burning smoke. No moisture throughout the smoke or at the bottom when the bowl is done. Type of smoke you can light once and forget about all the way to the bottom.
Pipe Used: Kaywoodie meerschaum and Parker super bark briar
