Summer Harvest is a light aromatic blend that combines golden Virginia with mellow Burley and black Cavendish. The notes of vanilla, honey and dark fruits never overwhelm, and the flavoring is so subtle that the taste of the base tobaccos shines through, yielding a very pleasant room note.

Mild Mild to Medium Mild to Medium Pleasant

Very bright and fruity. Perfect summer smoke...or really anytime you feel the hankering for something cheerful. Reminds me of grandmas waldorf fruit salad, with walnuts and pecans in it. Fruity, creamy, light, and nutty. The flavors are subtle though..not the least bit cloying. And the burley lies in the background to give the blend a little "heft". Can be smoked all day with no bite and very little moisture in the bowl. Russ @ P&C has blended another gem!

Mild to Medium Mild to Medium Mild Very Pleasant

I generally smoke Balkan/English blends but every once in while I like an aromatic. So I was going thru the list of HH blends and found this one. I must say I'm glad I did. The Burley and Cavendish are just right. Russ, you hit a home run with this one. The Burley adds the strength to this blend and the Black Cavendish is the support. It is mid-strength. I really don't taste the Virginias. If they are there they are way in the background. But you get a nice medium full bodied smoke out of this blend. The casings are very, very light. It comes across as a light combination of fruity, vanilla, berry, leathery, custard flavors. All in all just a tremendous smoke. Not at all what you would think of as an "Aromatic" smoke. Just a very well rounded , full bodied but extremely mild smoke. Packs well. A limited amount of relights. Smokes right down to the bottom of the bowl to a powdery ash. Just a real pleasurable smoke. Highly recommended.

I am primarily an English blend smoker but always look forward to checking out a new blend from Russ. Received an ounce from the good folks at P+C on my last order. Wonderful pouch aroma upon opening. Fired it up and was impressed. Delicious fruity flavor throughout the bowl with no bite. Burned down to a gray ash while staying consistent in flavor. Burned cool and never overwhelmed. As the name suggests a great blend for the warmer weather and an all day smoke if you so choose.
